We were briefed to create a Senior Executive Staff Conference with a unique challenge - to remain one of the best-kept secrets and yet pull together the very finest Sydney locations and experiences for an unforgettable day.
In order to strike the perfect balance between a premium experience and discretion, Doltone House at Pyrmont Sydney, was selected as our venue. This also enabled guests to enjoy lunch at the exclusive Flying Fish Restaurant.
Throughout the day, executives participated in the custom designed conference program where they met and heard from selected VIP speakers. Civil right’s lawyer and author Julian Burnside, while enjoying a special menu from one of Australia’s top restaurants - Quay, entertained partners.
In the evening, we produced a special gala dinner on the Bennelong Lawn. Renowned pianist Simon Tedeschi, who flew in from the USA to perform for the exclusive event, provided entertainment. Our program throughout the evening also saw Simon perform with Catherine Hunter and Raymond Crow, (an inventive shadow puppeteer), to the classic song ‘What a Wonderful World’.
To top off the international flavour, Sean Connolly from the once famed Astral Restaurant designed and personally cooked the dinner menu, incorporating influences from his recent Spanish tour.
The entire day ran flawlessly, and the country’s top minds came and went in an appropriately low profile manner, while enjoying a world-class dining and conference experience right under Sydney’s nose.
