From the first spark of imagination in the event committee, to the reality of this huge fundraising project, we are proud to be part of the entire process. By delivering all the performative elements, a large live auction, huge silent auction and donation system that directly changes the lives of cancer sufferers, we are proud to have collaboratively produced a great result for this worthy client for many years.
The key to making an event like this a success is in harnessing the imagination of and inspiring the event committee which is comprised of representatives from retailers and manufacturers from the cosmetic, beauty and fragrance industries.
To do this, we devote ourselves to creating a concept which can be envisaged by the entire team, including sourcing highly theatrical entertainment with dazzling stunts such as Chinese acrobats, aerial stunts, Taiko drummers, live catwalk fashion shows, live Greek statues, tap dancers, rock bands, swing bands, trumpet fanfares and even ballroom ballerinas.
Once the wider team is dreaming the same dream, we all work together to secure the vital sponsorship and cleverly sourced elements to create a highly profitable event for the charity, whilst also being a creative and stellar experience for the black tie guests.
DreamBall came to us with the vision of hosting a major Sydney charity spectacular to raise much needed funds for the ‘Look Good…Feel Better Foundation’. This foundation aims to improve the wellbeing and confidence of people undergoing treatment for any sort of cancer.
